What is an emergency?

If your power is out (please check with National Grid first in case the problem is external) OR  If one or more of your essential circuits is not working or is faulty (eg lights, sockets, cooker etc)

Who can we visit?

We will visit any household in the Bristol & Bath area.

Additional operating procedures:

• Before the visit we will discuss your electrical issue over the phone to obtain as much information as possible.
• Once a call out is agreed we will send you a payment link for the first hour. Once this has been paid our technician will be dispatched to your location.
• After the work has been completed the final payment will be taken by a card reader (no cash).
• After our visit we will send you an email with confirmation of the work done and a minor work certificate will be issued where appropriate.

How much will it cost?

We understand that during this difficult period a lot of peoples finances are now in question or worse, so we will agree a price over the phone with you before we visit. The price will be adjusted to your individual circumstances.
